| Welcome to the "12 & 6 Hours Of Temecula" Southern California's premier endurance mountain biking race series. This is a three race (team and solo) relay race series. Each of the 3 races are scored and awarded as an individual 12 hour race. Awards will be presented at the end of each race. For the overall series standings the total laps and time will be used to determine the 2013 California State Endurance Champions! The long standing SoCal Endurance series is a grass roots event with an old school racing feel. The focus for our events is to give racers an awesome experience! Bring all your friends and have a great time in the 12 Hour race! Industry Category: This is the category specially put on for the Biking and fitness industry folks. It consists of 4-10 racers, but they have to work for the company ( no pro sandbaggers ). Super fun category for braggin rights! 1 LAP - TRUE BEGINNER This category is for the ones who want to give this racing thing a try. You will take off the same time the rest of the racers go off at 9am! You will only do 1 lap of the 12 & 6 mile race course. How ever long it takes you! This is a great way to get a taste of endurance racing, and what its lke on race day! There will be a discounted pricing for both the Iron Warrior Category and the 1 lap beginner category ! Please note there is no end of the year overall awards for the Iron warrior category or the 1 lap beginner category! There are awards for the top 3 in each category per event! Race Fees Race fees are based on a graduated scale. The earlier you register the cheaper the fees. Please see the registration page for registration dates and graduated pay scale! There is a $10 late fee for race day registration On site registration will be Friday evening ( the eve before the race ) at 4:30 - 6:30pm at the venue. Race day registration will start at 6:00am on race day and end at 7:30am. |
| The 12 hour race is 12 hours long and starts at 9:00 am and go to 9:00 pm. Each race starts with a short parade lap and ends when the last person crosses the finish line before 9:00 pm. Awards will be given directly after the final results are posted. 6 Hour racers will start at 9am with the 12 Hour racers. The 6 hour race will conclude at 3pm. No lap after 3pm will be counted! 1 Lap True Beginner cat racers will also start at 9am. The 1 lap race will conclude at 12 o'clock noon! At the end of each race there will be the ultimate raffle. Every racer will receive a raffle ticket at registration. | - At each individual race the top five in each category will be awarded. - At the conclusion of the third and final 12 & 6 Hour Race each of the top 3 teams in each category will be awarded Champions Medals! - At the conclusion of the third and final 12 & 6 Hour Race the winners in each category will receive a Champions Jersey! - To Be eligible for the overall jersey in any category racers must compete in 2 of the 3 races in the 12& 6 Hour series. To claim overall awards racers must be present at the 3rd and final 12 Hour race. Racers must compete in the same category to be considered for the Overall - Racers must be present at the third and final race in the series to be eligible for the Champions Jersey! - THE RACE PROMOTER CAN AMEND ANY PART OF ANY SOCAL ENDURANCE EVENT AT ANY TIME! - SOCAL ENDURANCE CAN REFUSE ENRTY OR SERVICE AT ANY TIME -ANY SAFETY ISSUES WILL BE HANDLED AND CONTROLLED BY SOCAL ENDURANCE STAFF AND CREW. |
| All preregistered riders will receive an event t-shirt. All riders registering onsite please note there will be limited quantities of tshirts on hand. There is a chance that non preregistered riders will not get t-shirts. Please preregister early to guarantee a shirt for you and your team!!! |

| Attention Racers All races will be held in the Merlot Mesa Area at Vail Lake. Please go to www.vaillakeresort.com and check out the campground map to figure out your best spots! When reserving the camp spots at Vail Lake the closest spots are in the Merlot Mesa, Lower Merlot Mesa and the Rincon area. |
| The kids race will be at 12 Noon at the start finish line. It is free to all kids 1-12 (must have a wheeled vehicle) all kids win a prize |
| The 100 mile patches are for any racer who completes 100 miles of the 12 Hour course. We will have these patches at all the future 12 Hours Of Temecula races! Lap counts may very per race, depends on mileage of the courses! |
